Prawns, crabs, squids and fishes are all considered seafood. Seafood is a good source of zinc, iodine and protein.  Another important feature found in most deep sea fish are omega 3 fatty acids which are required for human biological function.

Shellfish should be cleaned properly before cooking; if not sand and debris will remain. Roughly clean shellfish with brush. Soak the shellfish in water with salt for 20 minutes and drain water. Soak shellfish 3 times to remove all sand and debris.You don't have to cook it for so long!

Dry leafy vegetables can be freshened by soaking the leaves in ice water with a tablespoon or two of vinegar for a few minutes. The process will liven up the vegetables.Try it yourself and you will see the magic!

Squeezing lemon juice on non-citrus fruits will prevent oxidation. Try this with apples!It also good if you want to keep your body slim and fit.
