Shellfish should be cleaned properly before cooking; if not sand
and debris will remain. Roughly clean shellfish with brush. Soak the
shellfish in water with salt for 20 minutes and drain water. Soak
shellfish 3 times to remove all sand and debris.You don't have to cook it for so long!

Vegetables contain a lot of antioxidants that protect the body from free radicals, that may cause diseases like cancer.
Its also contains lots of nutritions that good for your whole body.

Dry leafy vegetables can be freshened by soaking the leaves in
ice water with a tablespoon or two of vinegar for a few minutes. The
process will liven up the vegetables.Try it yourself and you will see the magic!
Fruits

Fruits like kiwi, banana, dragon fruits and starfruits should be made compulsory in your everyday diet. Eat at
least 2 servings of fruits daily, because they are packed with vitamins,
minerals, antioxidants.

Squeezing lemon juice on non-citrus fruits will prevent oxidation. Try this with apples!It also good if you want to keep your body slim and fit.
