Info to share…

Do you know that in those days, there was no  electricity. My great great grandmother could bake cake as equally nice as my mother does now. It was the way they were baked that was different. 

Long time ago, fish was grilled on open wood fire too. My grandmother told me that her mother  would use the pestle to pound the ingredients in the mortar. The ingredients were used to marinate the fish. Before it was grilled over the fire, she would wrap the fish in a banana leaf. It will make the fish smells good and tastier.

We now live in a world where food is cooked using electricity. My mother bakes cakes in the electric oven, and she grills fish on a hot plate. She did not pound the ingredients like my great grandmother did. She uses the electric blender and wraps the fish with the aluminium foil.

Well, what do think? How will people cook in the next 10 years?
